RETREAT APPLICATION

APPLICATION PROCESS

Due to the limited number of spaces available and the popularity of our retreats, we ask that you complete and return the below application form, along with a $100 deposit per couple, in order to secure your space.

Please mail the completed form, along with your deposit, to:
Cardinal Retreats, PO BOX 342, Camden, ME 04843.

Checks should be made payable to CARDINAL RETREATS.

Once your application is received and processed, we will contact you to provide full details and location of the Retreat.

NOTE: Applicants will be registered in the order in which their application is received, so we encourage you to submit your application form and deposit as soon as possible in order to avoid disappointment.


DEPOSIT REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

The $100 deposit is simply used to secure your space and will be returned to you on Day One of the retreat.

If you cancel your attendance 2 weeks prior to the retreat, the deposit will also be returned to you.
If you cancel within 2 weeks, your deposit will only be returned if we can find a couple to replace you.
